Gynecological cancers and their treatment processes negatively affect women in multidimensional ways, including physical, psychological, social, and sexual aspects. Throughout the process, patients face severe physiological symptoms such as fatigue, pain, insomnia, loss of appetite, and nausea, which significantly reduce their functional quality of life. Psychologically, sadness, anxiety, concerns about the future, depression, anxiety, and body image disturbance are observed in individuals, while the fear of recurrence is also triggered. In the social sphere, withdrawal occurs due to cultural pressures, social exclusion, role changes, and communication problems. Sexual health and functionality are impaired by causes such as vaginal dryness and dyspareunia developing due to surgical menopause, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy; however, due to social taboos, these issues cannot be shared with professionals. In coping with the disease, spouse, family, and social support mechanisms, along with religious beliefs, play a key role. In conclusion, balanced information that reduces uncertainties, along with nurses' symptom management and multidisciplinary supportive care, is of critical importance in increasing patients' adaptation process and quality of life.
