Kadın Üreme Sistemi Anatomisi (Systema Genitale Femininum)

Bu çalışma, insan neslinin devamlılığını sağlayan kadın üreme sistemi anatomisini (systema genitale femininum) iç ve dış organlar olmak üzere iki ana grupta incelemektedir. Dış genital organlar (vulva); mons pubis, labium majus, labium minus, clitoris, vestibulum vaginae, bulbus vestibuli ve çeşitli bezlerden (Skene, Bartholin) oluşur. Bu yapılar cildi tahrişten koruma, koku üretimi ve erektil fonksiyon gibi röllere sahiptir. İç üreme organları ise vagina, uterus, tuba uterina ve ovarium'dur. Vagina, cervix ile hymen arasında uzanan kaslı bir kanaldır. Uterus; endometrium, myometrium ve perimetrium tabakalarından oluşan, döllenmiş canlıyı doğuma kadar taşıyan ters armut şeklindeki organdır. Tuba uterinalar (Fallop tüpleri), ovarium ile uterus arasında yer alır ve fertilizasyonun (döllenmenin) gerçekleştiği ana bölgedir. Ovariumlar ise oogenez senteziyle ovum üreten ve foliküllerin (primer, sekonder, Graaf) olgunlaştığı, testislerin homoloğu olan endokrin bezlerdir. Metinde bu organların innervasyon, vaskülarizasyon ve lenfatik drenaj detaylarının yanı sıra kanser, enfeksiyon (gonore), ektopik gebelik, infertilite ve kistler gibi klinik yansımaları ve tedavi yaklaşımları (HSG, epizyotomi, marsupializasyon) üzerinde durulmaktadır.

This study examines the anatomy of the female reproductive system (systema genitale femininum), which ensures the continuity of the human species, in two main groups as internal and external organs. The external genital organs (vulva) consist of the mons pubis, labium majus, labium minus, clitoris, vestibulum vaginae, bulbus vestibuli, and various glands (Skene, Bartholin). These structures play roles such as protecting the skin from irritation, odor production, and erectile function. The internal reproductive organs are the vagina, uterus, tuba uterina, and ovarium. The vagina is a muscular channel extending between the cervix and the hymen. The uterus is an inverted pear-shaped organ consisting of endometrium, myometrium, and perimetrium layers, which carries the fertilized organism until birth. The tubae uterinae (Fallopian tubes) are located between the ovarium and the uterus, and represent the primary site where fertilization occurs. Ovariums are endocrine glands homologous to the testes, which produce ova through oogenesis synthesis and where follicles (primary, secondary, Graaf) mature. The text emphasizes the innervation, vascularization, and lymphatic drainage details of these organs, alongside their clinical implications and treatment approaches (HSG, episiotomy, marsupialization) such as cancer, infection (gonorrhea), ectopic pregnancy, infertility, and cysts.
