This study thoroughly examines minimal invasive gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures performed in office settings or operating rooms. Endometrial sampling, with its steps including anesthesia, prophylactic antibiotics, and cervical preparation, has largely replaced diagnostic dilation and curettage. In first and second-trimester pregnancy termination procedures, the safety of vacuum aspiration and dilation-evacuation techniques is discussed alongside the management of potential complications such as infection, hemorrhage, and uterine perforation. For Bartholin gland diseases, differentiating between cysts and abscesses, the clinical efficacy of treatment methods like incision-drainage, Word catheter, marsupialization, and gland excision are compared. Finally, for the treatment of anogenital warts associated with human papillomavirus (HPV), medical methods such as trichloroacetic acid and surgical options including cryoablation, laser ablation, and electrocautery are presented along with biopsy indications.
