Özet

Barça Academy İstanbul'un yolculuğu, 14 FCBescola eğitmeni ve lojistik ekibiyle Türkiye genelinde 8000 okullu öğrenciye ulaşan, 10 günlük bölgesel etkinlikler ve düzenli kamplarla desteklenen kapsamlı bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi olarak başlamıştır. New York, Londra ve Dubai'de sosyal sorumluluk alanında dünya ve Avrupa ödülleri kazanan bu başarılı çalışma, TSM (The Sales Machine) ile FC Barcelona iş birliği sayesinde kalıcı bir akademi yapısına dönüştürülmüştür. 2010 yılında Türk Telekom sponsorluğunda başlatılan süreç; Türk Hava Yolları, Beko, Lassa ve Nef gibi büyük markaların desteğiyle genişleyerek günümüzde İTÜ Ayazağa Kampüsü, Marmara Üniversitesi Anadolu Hisarı Kampüsü ve Maltepe Gülsuyu Spor Tesisleri olmak üzere üç ayrı merkezde faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Akademiler bünyesinde toplam 150 burslu sporcu eğitim görürken, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliğini desteklemek amacıyla 60 kadın sporcunun tamamına koşulsuz tam burs verilmektedir. Tunç Spor ve Modafen Spor Kulübü bünyesinde U11 seviyesinden A takıma kadar TFF liglerinde mücadele etme imkânı sunulmaktadır. La Masia'dan gelen Katalan direktörlerin liderliğinde Türk eğitmenlere metodoloji aktarılmakta, ailelere bilinçli sporcu ebeveyni eğitimi sunulmakta ve üniversite öğrencilerine staj imkânları sağlanmaktadır. "Bir kulüpten fazlası" felsefesini benimseyen proje, sürdürülebilir ve bütünleşik futbol eğitimiyle gençlerin hayatında olumlu izler bırakmayı hedeflemektedir.

The journey of Barça Academy İstanbul began as a comprehensive social responsibility project that reached 8,000 school students across Turkey with 14 FCBescola trainers and a logistics team, supported by 10-day regional events and regular camps. Winning World and European awards in the field of social responsibility in New York, London, and Dubai, this successful initiative was transformed into a permanent academy structure through the partnership between TSM (The Sales Machine) and FC Barcelona. The process, which started in 2010 under the sponsorship of Türk Telekom, expanded with the support of major brands like Turkish Airlines, Beko, Lassa, and Nef, and currently continues its operations across three campuses: ITU Ayazağa Campus, Marmara University Anadolu Hisarı Campus, and Maltepe Gülsuyu Sports Facilities. While a total of 150 student-athletes receive scholarships across the academies, unconditional full scholarships are provided to all 60 female athletes to promote gender equality. Furthermore, opportunities to compete in TFF leagues from the U11 level to the senior team are offered through Tunç Spor and Modafen Sports Club. Under the leadership of Catalan directors from La Masia, methodology training is imparted to Turkish coaches, conscious athlete parent training is provided to families, and internship opportunities are made available to university students. Embracing the "More than a club" philosophy, the project aims to leave a positive mark on young people's lives through sustainable and integrated football education.
