Özet
Bu metin, immün sistemin tanımını, organlarını ve bağışıklık sistemi bozukluklarını kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Bağışıklık sistemi, vücudu hastalıklara yol açan dış etkenlerden koruyan doğuştan gelen ve adaptif olmak üzere iki bölüme ayrılır. Sistemin organları; timus ve kemik iliği gibi hücrelerin olgunlaştığı birincil organlar ile lenf düğümleri, dalak, Peyer yamaları, apendiks ve bademcikler gibi lenfositlerin yerleştiği ikincil organlardan oluşur. Bağışıklık sistemi bozuklukları ise hipersensitivite reaksiyonları, otoimmün hastalıklar, amiloidozis ve immün yetmezlik sendromları olmak üzere dört grupta incelenmektedir. Tip I, II, III ve IV olarak sınıflandırılan hipersensitivite reaksiyonları, uyarana maruz kalma süresi ve immünoglobulin mekanizmalarına göre farklılık gösterir. Otoimmün hastalıklar, bağışıklık sisteminin kendi dokularına saldırmasıyla ortaya çıkar; Hashimoto, multipl skleroz, sistemik lupus eritematozus ve romatoid artrit gibi organa özgü veya sistemik formlarda görülebilir. Son olarak amiloidoz, proteinlerin hücre dışı birikimiyle organ işlev bozukluğuna yol açarken, immün yetmezlik sendromları genetik veya sonradan gelişen kusurlarla enfeksiyon riskini artırır.
This text comprehensively covers the definition, organs, and disorders of the immune system. The immune system is divided into two sections, innate and adaptive, which protect the body from external agents that cause disease. The organs of the system consist of primary organs where cells mature, such as the thymus and bone marrow, and secondary organs where lymphocytes settle, such as lymph nodes, spleen, Peyer's patches, appendix, and tonsils. Immune system disorders are examined in four groups: hypersensitivity reactions, autoimmune diseases, amyloidosis, and immunodeficiency syndromes. Hypersensitivity reactions, classified as Types I, II, III, and IV, differ based on stimulus exposure time and immunoglobulin mechanisms. Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system attacks its own tissues and can be seen in organ-specific or systemic forms such as Hashimoto's, multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Finally, while amyloidosis leads to organ dysfunction through extracellular accumulation of proteins, immunodeficiency syndromes increase the risk of infection through genetic or acquired defects.
