Dural Ponksiyon Sonrası Gelişen Baş Ağrısı ve Tedavisinde Güncel Yaklaşımlar
Özet
Dural ponskiyon sonrası gelişen baş ağrısı (DPSB) genellikle dural ponksiyonu takiben ortaya çıkabilen, ancak şiddetli ağrıya yol açabilen ve hastanın fonksiyonel kabiliyeti üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olabilen, genellikle kendi kendini sınırlayan, pozisyonel bir baş ağrısıdır. Ciddi ve yaşamı tehdit eden durumlar dahil olmak üzere birçok alternatif neden olduğundan, şüpheli bir DPSB'nı değerlendirilirken olası diğer ayırıcı tanılar mutlaka akla gelmelidir. Birden fazla potansiyel farmakolojik tedavi olsada, birçoğunun etkinliklerini destekleyecek güçlü kanıtlar yoktur. Sfenopalatin ganglion bloğu, epidural kan yamasına alternatif sunan daha yeni bir tedavi yöntemidir. Bununla birlikte, gerçek etkinliğini belirlemek için daha fazla kanıt gereklidir. Epidural kan yaması, DPSB için hala en etkili tedavi olmaya devam etmektedir.
