Endokron Restorasyonlar
Özet
Endodontik tedavi sonrası diş yapısında büyük kayıplar meydana geldiğinde, dişin prognozunu iyileştirmek adına klinisyenler çeşitli restorasyon seçeneklerini değerlendirmelidir. Her restorasyonun birbirlerine göre avantajları ve dezavantajları bulunmaktadır. Geleneksel olarak post core kron yapılmaktadır. Fakat bu tedavi sağlam diş yapısında daha fazla kayıp yaratmaktadır ve dişi güçsüzleştirmektedir. Günümüzde adeziv sistemlerin ve materyallerin gelişmesiyle alternatif tedaviler uygulanmaktadır. Endokron da bunlardan biridir. Endokronlar pulpa odasından ve kavite duvarlarndan destek alır ve dişle adeziv bağlantı kurar. Sağlam diş dokusunda ek kayıp yaratmayan minimal invaziv bir restorasyondur. Geleneksel restorasyonun çok aşamalı uygulamasına göre endokron monoblok yapısıyla klinik aşamaları azaltmıştır. Bu derlemede endokronların özellikleri, seçim kriterleri, klinik aşamaları ve yapımında kullanılan materyaller inceleniştir.
When major loss of tooth structure occurs after endodontic treatment, clinicians should consider various restoration options to improve the prognosis of the tooth. Each restoration has advantages and disadvantages compared to each other. Traditionally it is performed with full crown restorations and post-core. However, this treatment creates more loss in the healthy tooth structure and weakens the tooth. Today, with the development of adhesive systems and materials, alternative treatments are applied. Endocron is one of them. Endocrones receive support from the pulp chamber and cavity walls and make an adhesive connection with the tooth. It is a minimally invasive restoration that does not cause additional loss of healthy tooth tissue. Compared to the multi-stage application of traditional restoration, the endocrone has reduced clinical stages with its monoblock structure. In this review, the characteristics, selection criteria, clinical stages and materials used in construction of endocrones were examined.
