Asit İçerikli Ev İçi Kimyasal Maddelerle Meydana Gelen Zehirlenmeler ve Tedavi Uygulamaları
Özet
Günlük yaşantıda genel olarak temizlik amaçlı kullanılan asit içerikli kimyasal maddelerin yanlış veya dikkatsiz kullanımı sonucu kazalar meydana gelmektedir. Kazaen maruziyetin dışında bu kimyasal maddeler intihar amaçlı da kullanılmaktadır. Maruziyet, zehirlenmenin derecesine göre çok farklı şekillerde sonuçlanabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada ev içinde yaygın olarak kullanılan asitler olan hidroklorik asit, nitrik asit, sülfürik asit, kromik asit ve oksalik aside dermal, oküler, oral ve parenteral yollarla maruziyetin olağan sonuçları, tedavi izlemi ve toksisitesi açıklanmış ve vaka örnekleri verilmiştir.
