Identification Of Novel Biomarkers In Ovarian Cancer: Systems Biology Approaches
Özet
This book discusses the use of systems biology approaches for the identification of new biomarkers in ovarian cancer. The author states that ovarian cancer research is RNA-based and involves the examination of microRNA expression profiling as well as the investigation of signaling pathways associated with ovarian cancer. Additionally, the author emphasizes the need for the integration of multiple omics sciences in ovarian cancer research. In this context, methods such as the reconstruction of the human transcriptional regulatory network, selection of gene expression datasets, and identification of differentially expressed genes are used. Furthermore, the book includes steps such as the creation of ovarian cancer-specific subnetworks and analysis of network performance. The aim of this study is to contribute to the identification of new biomarkers in ovarian cancer research.
