Anterior diastemas caused by size or shape discrepancies between the teeth and dental arches lead to significant aesthetic and functional concerns in individuals. Success in treating these anomalies depends on the correct diagnosis of etiological causes such as genetic factors, enlarged labial frenulum, parafunctional habits, and pathologies. Parameters like tooth dimensions, golden ratio, Recurring Aesthetic Dental (RED) proportion, gingival symmetry, zenith points, and interdental papilla integrity play critical roles in aesthetic planning. Treatment options include orthodontics, porcelain laminate veneers, and direct composite resins, which can be applied standalone or multidisciplinary. While orthodontic treatments take a long time and carry a risk of relapse, porcelain veneers require high costs and irreversible tooth preparation. On the other hand, direct composite resin restorations are a conservative alternative that stands out by requiring minimal intervention to tooth tissue, being economical, and being completed in a single session. In the presented case, the polydiastemas of a 24-year-old female patient were successfully restored in a single session using Clearfil Majesty Esthetic composite resin shaped with the help of etching, universal adhesive, and transparent matrix tape due to cost and time constraints. This procedure, which showed no fractures or discoloration at the one-year follow-up, proves that contemporary dental resins offer long-lasting and aesthetic results in diastema rehabilitation.
